We are a faith-based NGO committed to improving the lives of women, children, and persons with disabilities through impactful programs in health, education, and economic empowerment.

Who we are

To protect the rights and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people through sustainable programs in health and education.

Founded in 2001 and registered in 1996, WCNDF is a nonprofit organization based in Accra, Ghana. We exist to promote the rights, dignity, and well-being of marginalized individuals—especially women, children, orphans, widows, and people with disabilities. We work in underserved communities across the Volta Region and Greater Accra.

What We Do

Health & Wellness

Maternal health, HIV/AIDS education, STD prevention, TB & malaria outreach, and community health training.

Education

Scholarships, infrastructure support, advocacy training for school management, and girl-child empowerment.

Economic Empowerment

Microfinance, vocational training, and support for petty traders and women-led enterprises.

Social Protection

Care and support for orphans, widows, street children, and persons with disabilities.
